LOL





Yes, laugh out loud. Sometimes we find ourselves in uncomfortable situations that are overwhelming. This is when the negative thoughts dominate the positive in our minds, depression sets in, and every atom of hope fades away.

It is at the point that we hear voices that tell us stuff like “life has no meaning, life is not worth living, all hope is lost and what are we leaving for?” If we pay attention to such thoughts, the next step could be looking for away to take our minds off the situation for a while.


This is temporary fix could be alcohol or drugs, by the time we return to our normal state of mind, the problem becomes more magnified and terrifying.


By this time, the pressure from the negative thoughts becomes intense. We are no longer told that life it not worth living, but it’s time to end this misery.

All it takes to commit suicide at this point is an agreement with the thought and a decision to take action. These suicidal thoughts are now circulating round our body like a virus, and once it has taken over, our hands will be ready to pull a trigger and blow the brains off.

The only medication that can get rid of this negative virus, and stop the act of suicide now is a serious laugh. Yes, take an hour to laugh at yourself and your situation. As you laugh, whatever generates the negative thoughts becomes confused.

Even the problems that stand before us to threaten our existence become smaller.
Are you in the process of taking your life? Do you feel like life is not worth living? , are you thinking of ways to end your life? The answer to this situation is a serious laugh.

Laugh Out Loud, it might be difficult to laugh when confronted with challenging situations, but if you summon the courage to laugh for one hour without reason, you will see depression take off.

This is a secret that can save a life, before you consider taking your life as suggested by the negative thoughts, laugh at yourself and the situation.
One hour of laughter can reduce the complexity and terrorizing effect of the situation. If you are at that point of taking your life, start laughing now.

If you can get upset and depressed without reason, why can’t you laugh for one hour without reason? It’s all about choices and decisions, the difference between the one that commits suicide and the one who does not is simply decision. Decide to laugh for one hour after reading this.
